Reiki is an energy healing modality which uses pure light source to detoxify the physical body and realign the metaphysical body. The session is done lying chest up. It is your choice to have hands on the body or floating above the body.

Singing bowls, chimes and more Sound Healing Meditation is where one is immersed in the sounds to provide healing and relaxation. The sounds of a singing bowl offer respite from the everyday churning of the mind, and so does meditation and yoga.

We have a weekly session on Full and New Moon events.

The Indian Flute “Bansuri” is one of the most melodious instruments and many people play flute music while doing meditation especially. The sound the flute makes the meditation session vibrate on a different level and improves the concentration ability of the listener and also enhances the experience of meditation.

Flute music is recommended by experts due to its soulful tone.

Encouraged for all levels.

I’m So Yoga has over 30 plants and with that we are now providing repotting plant services.

Here’s how it works:

1. Contact us via text 862-236-3376

2. Drop off your plants (3 plant minimum)

3. Pick up your plants on the same or next day

We will make sure to pick the right soil, ensure that the roots are separated with care and give you information about your plant.

Before repotting, we will give you a quote and process payment. Price of repotting will vary depending on the size and level of hassle. Rates range from $5 - $20 per plant. Taking into account the soil, pot, stake, and other materials that may be needed.

We offer repotting to walk-ins during Metaphysical store hours Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Please contact us before popping by so we can ensure we have all the necessary materials for repotting your plant.

We are offering Yoga Trainings.
